The Physio team were lovely, lead by Dr Amit. Physios Chirag, Asmita , Karan desrve a s pecial shout out for bei g so kind, encouraging, positive and caring towards our Mum. The transporters were also fantastic. The Nursing care was overall good . Special thanks to nurses, Suparna,Sneha, Preeti , Sanjana , Prolika and all the team ( sorry I've forgotten some names) . GDAs Neha and Phul Kumari are exceptional! They need to be cloned. They are so kind, caring and always smiling in spote of being super busy. We are very grateful to them for their wonderful approach to our mother. Special thanks to Raju bhaiya for all the support with lifting and standing. also thanks to the Dietician. Special shout out to Mumtaz , from the donestic cleaning team , who was always eager to cleN our room . Sorry if I have missed anyone . There is always room for improvement and I think to make the patient experience better, the hospital could get sone more bedside commodes and perhaps consider employing sone more GDAs and nurses. That said, we are grateful to all the staff involved in our Mum's surgery and post -op care , for looking after her with such care and kindness. Thank you!
