It was a very special experience for me. The hair transplant was performed in a fully equipped hospital by a very professional team. They were very kind and attentive. They provided private transportation from the airport to the hotel and also took me to the hospital the next day in a private transfer vehicle. A total of 4800 grafts were transplanted. The result was much better than I expected. You can come here without any hesitation. You will definitely be satisfied with the results. Thank you

From start to finish I could not fault Transes. I was picked up promptly from the airport and dropped at my hotel. On the day of the procedure, everything was explained in detail to me and no matter how silly the question it was answered. I was nervous but I was put at ease when I looked at the facility and how professional the team were from start to finish. Abu Bakar was extremely polite and explained everything to me from the initial pre op to post op and how to take care of everything. I would highly recommend Transes to everyone and wish them all the success!!! Thank you to the wonderful team that helped me.

Not good enough. Over 2 years later and my crown still looks the same. I used all their products they recommended and ensured I followed the post treatment advice. Doesn’t look like I’ve even had a transplant done. When I’ve messaged them I’ve had no reply or even response to even try to help me resolve or advice. Post treatment service not being good enough. (This is why people get put off going outside the uk to get treatment done)

I had a transplant 2.5 years ago. The donor area was not evenly harvested, resulting in the right side of my back a little more harvested than my left side. However i was satisfied with the result in the period between the 6th and 12th month after the transplant. After that i started losing alot of hair. I almost lost 50% of the transplanted hair in the last 2 years although i was promised that the transplanted hair stays forever and got a certificate for that. After telling this to the clinic they suggested i make another transplant with a price even more than the first transplant.
To be totally honest i am not sure if they didn’t do their job right or if this is because of stress or hard water that i have in my city.
