VITALIE Rejuvenation Center, SRL is a wellness and aesthetic clinic in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Established in 2018, the center operates from Plaza Jénika. Medical Leadership and Clinical Team

Founder Dr. Rosaly Pichardo has led the center since its opening. She holds a degree in physical therapy from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. Dr. Pichardo trained in cell therapy in South Korea. She also graduated from the Nejing school in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Plastic surgeon and clinic owner Dr. Carlos Lopez Collado leads the surgical department. He completed a five-year residency at Fluminense Clinic in Brazil. He holds memberships in several international organizations:

Aesthetic Medicine and Rejuvenation

The clinic uses Morpheus8 and ExoCube technologies for skin and capillary regeneration. Facial treatments include Hydra Calm therapy with azulene and aloe vera for sensitive or atopic skin. Specialists perform Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections to restore collagen and firm facial tissue.

Injectable treatments include Botox for smoothing expression lines in the upper face. Fillers based on hyaluronic acid treat several areas:

The center uses the Exilis platform for non-invasive skin tightening. This FDA-approved system combines radiofrequency and ultrasound to stimulate collagen production. Patients should drink two liters of water before and after Exilis sessions. Other technologies include IPL for permanent hair removal and Aguagold micro-infusion systems.

Regenerative options include anti-aging vaccines using Cellorgane multicomplexes. These biological treatments aim to balance hormonal flow and increase physical energy. The clinic also uses Novuma, a calcium hydroxyapatite stimulator that promotes natural collagen growth.

International Patient Services
