I recently visited WestDent Clinic in Izmir for dental treatment, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were very welcoming and professional, always making sure I felt comfortable and informed at each step. Communication before and during my trip was clear and reassuring, which made the process smooth.
The clinic itself is very clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. My dentist was extremely skilled and paid great attention to detail. I especially appreciated how carefully they explained the treatment plan and answered all my questions.
The driver transfers and hotel arrangements provided by the clinic made everything stress-free, and I was able to focus fully on my treatment and recovery. I’m very happy with my results so far and feel much more confident about my smile.
I would highly recommend WestDent to anyone considering dental work in Turkey. Thank you to the whole team for their hard work and kindness!

I had such a wonderful experience at West Dental. The entire team is professional, caring, and truly makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. They really listen to your needs and guide you with patience and kindness. What I loved most is how natural the results look . they focus on enhancing your smile without making it feel artificial. I’m so grateful for their care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental work in İzmir

been here twice now, impressed every time. the staff is warm and professional. the outcomes are always excellent (I have done teeth whitening and filler). beautiful facility. there is always a highly qualified and friendly English translator available. organized and smooth process. thank you for everything!

I don’t even know what to say or how to write this situation I just had with them. I couldn’t get past the disrespectfully sarcastically rude person. I was talking to to try to coordinate to see if we could work together. Here’s the conversation you decide for yourself, but obviously it was very disrespectful and rude. I’m American and we don’t like to be talked to you like that! We don’t talk to people like that and we don’t except it! In case the pictures don’t show up here I was asking him about ratings on trust pilot and some other places. I do thorough research obviously before I get involved with anybody outside of my house even even in this country.! I hardly asked any questions and he got extremely frustrated right off the bat and asked me in a very disrespectful sarcastic way, “ are you interested in a treatment plan or is it your priority to examine our corporate structure?”.

Nobody in this country would be in business if they talk to a patient like that or possible client even in business outside of medical or dental!! Was this a Third World country situation? I had to ask myself.
Read their negative reviews very carefully! They do seem to honestly reply. That’s why I wanted to further check them out you decide for yourself. I’m gonna decide to pay the extra money and just have it done in my country after this conversation.

I had a fantastic experience with this dental clinic. From start to finish, everything was handled with great professionalism and care. A special thank you to the amazing dentist Susana who made the whole process smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. I truly felt I was in good hands.
Also, a big thanks to the translators Eren and Onur your support, kindness, and clear communication made all the difference. You made me feel at ease and helped everything go seamlessly. Highly recommended!
