最も大きな失望は、クリニックそのものでした。医師やスタッフに対しては不満はありません。彼らはプロフェッショナルで気配りも行き届いていました。しかし、滞在環境は実にひどいもので、残念ながら、医療スタッフの働きに対する良い印象をすべて台無しにしてしまいました。これは非常に残念です。どんなに医師が優秀であっても、患者が置かれる環境は治療プロセス全体において極めて重要な役割を果たします。結局のところ、スタッフの能力の高さにもかかわらず、クリニックの環境が全体的な体験を極めてネガティブなものにしてしまったため、高い総合評価をつけることはできません。
