Ekktet Chansue

Ekktet Chansue is the first pioneer of LASIK and ReLEx surgery in Thailand. He was the first ophthalmologist from Southeast Asia invited to Project ORBIS International. This organization operates a flying eye hospital to provide global surgical training. Chansue currently leads the TRSC International Eye and Vision Center in Bangkok.

Specialization and Surgical Focus

Dr. Chansue performs vision correction procedures using laser technology. He specializes in LASIK, ReLEx SMILE, and SmartSight laser eye surgery. The physician also provides treatments for presbyopia, which is age-related blurry near vision. He uses femtosecond lasers for high precision during these treatments.

Additionally, he treats cornea and external eye diseases. He also manages complex spinal reconstruction cases within his ophthalmological practice. Dr. Chansue uses these methods to improve visual acuity for his patients.

Dr. Chansue completed advanced clinical training under Dr. J.S. Pepose in Missouri. He was the first ophthalmologist from Southeast Asia invited to join Project ORBIS International. This role involved serving as the Field Medical Director in New York. He continues to practice as a refractive surgery specialist in Thailand.
