私のコーディネーターであるヤスミナさんは、下肢の血管形成術を受けるという決断をする上で、大変力になってくれました。彼女はいくつかの選択肢を提示し、PMG病院と最も密に連携して、現実的な見積もりを出してくれるよう尽力してくれたほか、私の限られた時間枠内で手術を受けられるよう手配してくれました。 BMG病院は、外国人患者への配慮が非常に行き届いていると感じました。まずスタッフと面談し、同病院が手術を行う能力について説明を受けました。また、リエゾン担当のヴィーさんのおかげで、看護師、特に医師とのコミュニケーションが格段にスムーズになりました。スタッフや看護師、そして「病院食」という先入観とは無縁の素晴らしい食事を提供してくれた厨房スタッフを含むサポート体制には感銘を受けました。担当の医師は、この手術について非常に知識が豊富で経験も豊富であり、見事に手術を行ってくれました。医師のチームのおかげで、私は安心して手術を受けることができ、手術も順調に進みました。総じて、Bookimed、PMG病院、そしてとりわけ医師と看護師の皆様の卓越した仕事とケアに感謝申し上げます。彼らの尽力のおかげで、これからはより長く、痛みのない生活を送れるようになると確信しています。6ヶ月後の検診で再び訪れるのを楽しみにしています！また、Veeさんとそのチームによる、ホテルへの訪問や病院への送迎といったアフターケアは、本当に最高でした！

もし何か付け加えるとしたら、他のスタッフにももう少し基本的な英語を学んでもらいたいということです。彼らは本当に一生懸命頑張ってくれて、最善を尽くしてくれていたのは分かっていますし、結局のところ、最終的にはすべてうまくいきました！
