ルーマニアに住んでいた頃、最も大きな不安の一つは、重大な医療上の出来事が起こることでした。背骨の手術が必要だと知ったとき、私はひどく怖くなりました。脳神経外科医を調べ始め、Bookimedを経由してPonderasにたどり着きました。診察の予約を進めていく中で、だんだんと安心感が増してきました。実際に訪れ、コーディネーターと担当医師に会うと、さらに気持ちが楽になりました。私たちの質問にすべて答えてくださり、長距離の移動に配慮した対応もしていただきました。入院手続き後、医療スタッフの方々はとても親身で優しく接してくださいました。写真にあるような、ちょっとした心温まる気遣いも印象的でした。回復過程についても、また自宅に帰ってから何を心がけるべきかについても、丁寧に教えていただいたと感じています。10/10
手続きは非常に整然としており、スタッフ全員がプロセスの各段階を丁寧に説明してくださいました。スタッフの方々はみなさん親切で、とても助かりました。看護師の方々も、車まで送ってくださった方も、とても丁寧で親切でした。
食事はかなりひどかった。それでも、食事があっただけましだった。

Everything was handled so well
麻酔から覚めたとき、真っ先に気づいたのは、看護スタッフの穏やかで気配りの行き届いた対応でした。その「大切にされている」という感覚が、入院中のすべての時間を彩ってくれました。骨腫の初診時から、担当の外科医はプロフェッショナルで、安心感を与えてくれました。術後15日が経ちましたが、回復には時間がかかりますが、一貫したサポートが続いています。 正直なところ、術前の計画段階からクリニックの環境に至るまで、もっと改善できる点は一つも思い当たりません。すべてが非常にうまく処理されていました。事務スタッフから医療従事者まで、チーム全体が素晴らしいと心から感じました。
