Dr. Melek Gozde Lus graduated from the Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine in 1999. She completed her residency in Child and Adolescent Mental Health at Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (Capa) in 2008. She then served at Erzurum Regional Training and Research Hospital from 2008 to 2010.
She focuses on ADHD, dyslexia, autism and Asperger syndrome, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. She also treats developmental delays, anxiety, and OCD. Her training includes CBT (basic and supervision) for children and adolescents. She is trained in child-centered and CBT play therapy, and in filial therapy with structured play and art. She holds international certification in schema therapy.
Her thesis examined bipolar co-diagnosis in children with ADHD. She has published articles in national and international journals on ADHD, autism, and internet addiction. She is a member of the Turkish Medical Association, the Turkish Psychiatric Association, the Child and Youth Mental Health Association, and the American Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She contributed to Turkey’s Autism Action Plan by providing early diagnosis training for family physicians.

In 1999, he graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. He completed his specialty education at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (Çapa) Department of Child and Adolescent Mental Health and became a child and adolescent mental health specialist in 2008.
She completed her compulsory service in Erzurum Regional Training and Research Hospital between 2008-2010.
She wrote her specialty thesis on "Co-diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder in children diagnosed with Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder". She has articles in various national and international journals on Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism, internet addiction.
She has received various trainings such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Basic Training and Supervision Training in Children and Adolescents, Child-Centered Play Therapy Training, Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy Training, Filial Therapy Structured play and art psychotherapy techniques, Schema Therapy International Certification Training.
Her professional interests are Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder, dyslexia, autism, asperger syndrome and similar neurodevelopmental disorders, various developmental delays, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders.
He is a member of associations such as the Turkish Medical Association, Turkish Psychiatric Association, Child and Youth Mental Health Association and American Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Within the framework of the Autism Action Plan of Turkey, he took part in the diagnosis and treatment process within the framework of the autism early diagnosis training plan of family physicians initiated by the Ministry of Health.
