1975年、マニサ州サリフリに生まれる。サリフリ・セキネ・エヴレン・アナドル高等学校を卒業後、イスタンブール大学歯学部に進学し、1999年に優秀な成績で卒業した。
同年、イスタンブール大学歯学部の口腔・歯科公衆衛生学講座にて助手として勤務を開始し、2003年にはイスタンブール大学セラフパシャ医学部公衆衛生学講座にて修士課程を優秀な成績で修了した。この4年間の在学期間中、イェディテペ大学歯学部にて講師を務めるとともに、複数の民間歯科クリニックでの勤務経験を積んだ。

Dr. Edanur Alkan is a dentist. Dr. Alkan holds a Master of Dentistry from the Faculty of Dentistry at Konya Necmettin Erbakan University.
