Dr. Ayan graduated from Medical School in 1991 and completed his urology education in 1997. At the beginning of his carrier, he was a post doctorate research fellow at the Department of Urology of Harvard Medical School, Children’s Hospital in Boston (1999-2000). He studied the effect of partial ureteral obstruction to the kidney in early developmental stage in an experimental animal fetus model. This study provided a significant contribution to a complicated issue of pediatric urology and was cited many times by its successors. 

He became associate professor of urology in 2004 and was appointed as a professor of urology in 2009. He was accepted as a clinical fellow in Minimal Invasive Urologic Oncology at the Department of Surgery, Section of Urology at the University of Chicago (2014-2015). He worked in an intense oncology program mainly concentrated on robotic surgery of prostate and kidney cancer. Because of this background, he is mainly interested in urologic oncology and pediatric urology. The primary portion of his daily practice consist of kidney cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, neonatal hydronephrosis, ureteropelvic junction obstruction, urine reflux to kidney, hypospadias and undescended testis. 

Because of its prevalence in Turkey, Prof. Ayan has a huge experience with urinary stone disease and he is doing large number of endoscopic and percutaneous surgeries for kidney, ureter and bladder stones. 

Prof. Ayan holds United States Medical License and European Board of Urology Certificate. He is a member of AUA, EAU and Turkish Urologic Surgery and Urologic Oncology Societies.

Dr. Yavuz Aydin is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He currently practices at Istanbul Aydın University VM Medical Park Florya Hospital. He earned his medical degree from Hacettepe University. He completed his specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. He later became an associate professor and then a professor at the same institution.

Dr. Aydin has broad experience in both academic and private hospitals. He has held leadership positions at Biruni University and Private Medicana Hospital. He is an active member of professional organizations such as TJOD, TSRM, ASRM, and ESHRE.

His main areas of expertise include in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries, and microsurgical tuboplasty.

Dr. Gulcan Albayrak is a gynecology and women’s health specialist. She trained at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine, Ankara Zekai Tahir Burak Women’s Health Training and Research Hospital, and the Harris Birthright Fetal Medicine Research Center in London. She has worked at Medicine Hospital, Private İlke Hospital, Private GOP Hospital, Ankara Çankaya Özel Hasvak Hospital, and Erzincan State Hospital. She also served as a specialist at Medcare Hospital, Dubai.

Her advanced training includes hysteroscopy (Sunrise Hospital, Kerala) and colposcopy (Istanbul University–Çapa). She also trained in non-hormonal menopause care (Exeltis, Madrid), MonaLisa Touch CO2 vaginal laser, genital aesthetics (ICC), and vulvar filler/PRP. She holds a Ministry of Health–approved mesotherapy certificate. She is a member of TJOD, TSRM, the Turkish-German Gynecology Association, EJD, ITO, and ESAG. Assoc. Prof. Ozdogan, M.D., Ph.D., completed his education at Yeditepe University Health Sciences Institute in the Molecular Medicine Doctorate Program under Prof. Dr. Turgay İsbir, and he also studied at Saint Louis University in Arkansas, USA, with Prof. Dr. M. Gazi Yasargil. He pursued a Clinical Fellowship in Brain and Nerve Surgery at Yeditepe University Hospital, guided by Prof. Dr. Yasargil and Prof. Dr. Uğur Türe. Additionally, he underwent specialization training at Ufuk University Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Medicine at Gazi University, and completed his secondary education at İçel Anatolian High School.

Professionally, he has held various positions, including Faculty Member in the Department of Neurosurgery at Haliç University, and Associate Professor at Private Adatip Istanbul Hospital and Biruni University Hospital. He has also served as an Associate Professor at S.B.U. Kartal, Sancaktepe, and Istanbul Training and Research Hospitals, and worked as a Chief Assistant at S.B.U. Gaziosmanpaşa Taksim and Kartal Training and Research Hospitals. His earlier roles include Specialist Doctor at S.B.U.
