腰椎後方脊椎固定術（PSF）。PSFの主な目的は脊椎を安定させることであり、必要に応じて矢状面および冠状面のアライメントを回復させる。PSFは開放術式または低侵襲術式で施行可能である。手術適応に応じて、椎体間固定術（TLIF、PLIF）および／または除圧術を併用することができる。椎体間固定術は、後方・前方・外側など様々な手術アプローチにより施行可能である。最適な術式およびインプラントは、合併症を最小限に抑えるため、解剖学的および病理学的因子に基づいて選択されるべきである。
