Egg Freezing Package (240,000 THB)
This package offers a complete, single-cycle egg freezing (oocyte cryopreservation) program designed for women who wish to preserve fertility for future use.
1. Initial Assessment & Planning
Includes video consultation with Thai fertility specialists and a personalized egg nurturing and stimulation plan. Comprehensive baseline testing is provided, including AMH, reproductive hormones, infectious disease screening (HIV, hepatitis B/C, syphilis), blood type, and complete blood count.
2. Ovarian Stimulation & Monitoring
Covers a full ovarian stimulation cycle using imported medications (no strict quantity limit), with continuous monitoring through transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) and blood hormone tests to optimize follicular development and timing.
3. Egg Retrieval (OPU)
Egg retrieval is performed under anesthesia in a controlled operating room environment. The package includes anesthesia fees, surgical procedure, IVF Witness safety system, and approximately 6 hours of post-procedure recovery with basic care and nutrition.
4. Egg Freezing (Oocyte Cryopreservation)
Includes vitrification (rapid freezing) of retrieved eggs and storage for 1 year. From the second year onward, annual storage fees apply based on the number of eggs stored.
5. Post-Procedure Follow-up
Includes follow-up care to support recovery, prevention of complications (e.g., ovarian hyperstimulation/ascites), and a structured ovarian recovery plan. Long-term assistance for storage renewal is also provided.

Dr. Chaisuk Jiwatanaporn is an obstetrician-gynaecologist (OB-GYN) with a subspecialty in reproductive medicine. Dr. Jiwatanaporn earned an MD from the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University in 1999. Dr. Jiwatanaporn holds the Thai Board in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Medical Council of Thailand, completed at Chonburi Hospital. Dr. Jiwatanaporn completed a fellowship in reproductive medicine at Chulalongkorn University in 2009. Practice areas include general obstetrics and gynaecology, reproductive endocrinology and infertility, and gynaecologic endoscopy.
Continuing education includes ESHRE workshops and annual meetings in Lisbon (2016), Geneva (2017), Barcelona (2018), and Vienna (2019). Additional meetings include ASPIRE 2019 in Hong Kong, TSRM 2019 in Pattaya, and COGI 2019 in Paris. Professional memberships include the Medical Council of Thailand, RTCOG, TSRM, TSGR, and ESHRE.
