Upper and Lower Eyelid Surgery is designed to remove or reposition excess fat beneath the eyes, helping reduce puffiness and tired-looking eyes. The procedure restores a fresher, more youthful, and well-rested appearance. All procedures are performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon.
