Abdominoplasty under sedation is a plastic surgery procedure involving the removal of excess skin and fatty tissue from the abdominal area and improvement of abdominal wall tension. It is particularly recommended for people after significant weight loss, after pregnancies, or with loss of skin elasticity. It provides a flatter, firmer abdomen, improving body proportions and everyday comfort. Performed under sedation by a qualified medical team with the highest standards of safety.
The package includes:
1. In-person consultation after preliminary qualification. A mandatory consultation taking place at least one day before the planned procedure. During the visit the doctor takes a detailed medical history, explains the course of the procedure and the pre-operative recommendations, and answers all of the Patient's questions.
2. Performance of all laboratory tests required for the procedure. Comprehensive pre-operative diagnostics covering all required laboratory tests, allowing the procedure to be carried out safely.
3. Medical care before the procedure. Comprehensive preparation, including: discussion of pre-operative recommendations, analysis of test results, and support and contact with the medical staff.
4. Abdominoplasty procedure under sedation. Performed by a qualified doctor in comfortable and safe conditions; scope tailored individually to the Patient's needs and the degree of skin and tissue excess in the abdomen.
5. Phototherapy lamp. Support of the healing process using a phototherapy lamp that aids tissue regeneration, reduces swelling and improves comfort after the procedure.
6. Medical care after the procedure. Post-procedure care, including: recovery recommendations, contact with the medical staff, and monitoring of the healing process.
7. Post-procedure follow-ups. Regular follow-up care including visits during the first week after the procedure, every 1–2 days. The doctor assesses the healing process, the amount of fluid drained (if drains were placed), the condition of the surgical wounds and the overall course of recovery. Such frequent visits allow a quick response to the Patient's needs and ensure maximum safety.
8. Long-term follow-up after 3 months. A visit 3 months after the procedure to assess the final results, the course of healing and the Patient's satisfaction. The doctor performs a detailed assessment of the treated area, documents the outcome and provides recommendations for further care and maintenance of results.
* Consultation: 150 USD. This is a qualification consultation, paid at the moment of booking. If you decide to go ahead with the procedure, the cost of this consultation is deducted from the price of your chosen package.

He has 30+ years in medicine and 25+ years of clinical practice. He was Head of Gynecology and Obstetrics at EMC St. Anne’s Hospital from 2012 to 2020. He is an academic at the Medical University of Warsaw. He completed breast surgery training at Helios Klinikum in Germany from 2003 to 2010.
He is the author of the One Cut, Linear Z, and Double O techniques, recognized internationally. He has trained physicians for about 15 years on nearly every continent. He founded SaskaMed in Warsaw and collaborates with Koster Clinic in Dubai. He founded the Polish Academy of Plastic and Reconstructive Gynecology. He is President of the Polish Society of Plastic Gynecology. He is General Secretary of WARAG.
