Pre-Surgical Evaluation & Multidisciplinary Assessment:
In-depth clinical consultation and abdominal ultrasound/imaging review with a specialized general and digestive surgeon.
Pre-anesthesia clearance, baseline laboratory testing, and risk stratification.

Minimally Invasive Surgical Procedure:

Exclusions
Advanced preoperative diagnostic procedures (e.g., outpatient MRCP/ERCP or pre-admission specialist consultations outside the surgical pathway).
Unscheduled intraoperative bile duct explorations requiring complex endoscopic or open conversions.
Prolonged hospital stays or treatments for unrelated preexisting medical conditions beyond the standard surgical recovery timeline.
