Gastric sleeve (sleeve gastrectomy) reduces the size of the stomach, helping you feel full with smaller portions and supporting weight loss. Before your arrival
- Your coordinator will tell you when to stop using any medications you currently take. Please bring a list of your medications and any previous medical reports.
- If you are a heavy smoker, please reduce smoking as much as you can before surgery. If you use vape, you must stop completely. Your coordinator will guide you.

Your recovery timeline
- Day 1: Arrival, examination and tests.
- Day 2: Surgery.
- Days 3-5: Regular check-ups during your hospital stay. You start walking and follow the meals prepared by your dietitian.
- Day 5: Final check-up and discharge. You can fly home with your flight clearance document.
- After about 1 week: Return to daily life, if your job does not involve heavy physical work.
- Following months: Weight loss continues gradually. Your personalized diet plan and online follow-up continue after you return home.
