Zeus Detox & Rehab is a private residential addiction and mental health treatment center located in Łomianki Dolne near Warsaw, Poland. The clinic specializes in addiction medicine, alcohol use disorder, psychiatry, psychotherapy, and psychology, providing comprehensive clinical care for adults in a controlled and confidential environment.
The clinic is distinguished by its combination of full medical supervision and an individualized treatment approach. Each patient undergoes a personal assessment and receives a tailored treatment plan based on their clinical condition, with continuous 24/7 physician supervision throughout the entire stay.
Zeus Detox & Rehab provides a complete treatment pathway in one location, including medical qualification, supervised detoxification, psychotherapy, and structured aftercare planning. This integrated model ensures continuity of care without the need for transfer between facilities.
The clinic treats alcohol, drug, and medication dependence, as well as behavioral addictions and co-occurring mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, burnout, and trauma. Treatment combines medical management with individual and group psychotherapy, addressing both symptoms and underlying psychological causes of addiction.
A high level of confidentiality and comfort is central to the clinic’s approach. Patients are admitted without waiting lists and accommodated in private, comfortable conditions. International patients receive multilingual support, including English and Arabic, and benefit from a confidential communication workflow coordinated directly by the clinical team.
Within selected treatment plans, medication-assisted approaches may be used under strict medical supervision. For alcohol use disorder, this may include naltrexone implantation and disulfiram (Esperal), always following full medical evaluation, informed consent, and integration into a broader therapeutic program.
Naltrexone implantation is performed by a physician after comprehensive qualification, including medical history review, assessment of prior treatment, exclusion of contraindications, and confirmation of abstinence. The procedure is carried out under sterile conditions. Naltrexone acts by blocking opioid receptors and may reduce cravings in some patients; however, it does not address underlying causes of addiction and does not replace psychotherapy.
Disulfiram (Esperal) is used in selected patients as an aversive support medication during recovery. It may support abstinence in specific cases but is not considered a standalone therapy. Its use requires careful medical qualification due to potential risks and variable individual response. Patients are instructed to strictly avoid alcohol during treatment.
The clinic operates under defined clinical governance, with overall medical responsibility for treatment standards held by the Medical Director, Andrzej Kulesza.
