Santa Ana Medical Center is a private surgical practice in Bogotá, Colombia. It specializes in facial plastic surgery and otorhinolaryngology for adults and children. Dr. Alejandro Lastra founded the practice in 2019. He previously served on the board of the Colombian Society of Facial Plastic Surgery. The clinic also treats children for adenoid and respiratory issues.

A key focus is minimally invasive rhinoplasty using a closed technique. Many patients can breathe right away without nasal packing. Other core procedures include eyelid surgery, otoplasty, and facial lifting. Mentoplasty and bichectomy use intraoral incisions to avoid external scars. Endoscopic sinus surgery is available for chronic sinusitis.

Dr. Lastra earned his medical degree from the National University of Colombia in 2004. He trained at major institutions like the National Cancer Institute. The practice offers computer projections for surgery planning. Most international patients come from Dubai and France.

Aesthetics By Casallas Giraldo is a private surgical clinic in Bogotá, Colombia. It specializes in plastic surgery and otorhinolaryngology. The clinic is built around a multidisciplinary model for rhinoplasty. A plastic surgeon and an otorhinolaryngologist plan and perform every nasal procedure together. This approach handles both aesthetic goals and breathing issues in one surgery.

Dr. Alexander Casallas brings 17 years of experience to the practice. He holds a master's in microsurgery from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He also lectures at Universidad del Bosque. Dr. Ana María Giraldo has over seven years of experience in nasal surgery. She is an active member of the Colombian Association of Otorhinolaryngology.

The clinic uses advanced ultrasonic technology for bone remodeling. This precise method reduces tissue trauma and speeds up recovery. Beyond facial surgery, the team offers body contouring and reconstructive procedures. Non-surgical options include CO2 and ND-YAG lasers. Special care plans are available for patients traveling from abroad.
