Dr. Emrah Koksal is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He completed medical school at Trakya University (2011–2017). He trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Gülhane Military Medical Academy (2017–2023). He served at Gülhane Military Medical Academy (2018–2023) and at Hakkari Yüksekova State Hospital (2023–2025). He now practices at BAU MedicalPark Göztepe Hospital (2025–present).
He is a member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association. He also belongs to the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Association and the Reconstructive Microsurgery Association.
Dr. Ozge Utku Aydemir is a specialist in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery. Dr. Aydemir completed residency training at Ankara Bilkent City Hospital (2019–2023). Dr. Aydemir then served as a specialist doctor at Ankara Ataturk Sanatorium Training and Research Hospital (2023–2025). Dr. Aydemir earned an MD from Gazi University (English Program).
EBOPRAS (European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery) Part 1 certified on 25 Jan 2025. Interests include facial and breast aesthetics, body contouring, microsurgery and hand surgery, reconstructive surgery, injectables (fillers, Botox), and lasers.
Publications include a 2023 article in The Journal of Hand Surgery on outcomes of wide-awake flexor tendon repairs in 58 fingers and 9 thumbs. Dr. Aydemir also completed a thesis on amniotic membrane use in flexor tendon repair. Presentations include oral and poster sessions at TPRECD and an international congress. Member of TPRECD, Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Society, and Aesthetic Surgery Society.
