Dr. Cemal Kara is a general surgeon with 26 years of experience. He specializes in cosmetic and weight-loss surgeries. He has performed more than 6,200 procedures. Dr. Kara co-founded the Aegean Medical Health Center and is recognized as a leader in his field.
He holds a Certificate of Surgical Competence from the Turkish Surgical Association, awarded in 2008. Dr. Kara has received several awards in both international and national scientific competitions. He invented and patented a laparoscopic surgical instrument. He has also published over 30 medical articles.
Dr. Kara is an active member of several professional organizations. These include the Turkish Surgical Association, Turkish Colon and Rectum Surgery Association, and the Aegean Region Surgery Association.
Dr. Arif Aydin is a skilled plastic surgeon with more than ten years of experience. He specializes in facial and body aesthetic procedures, including rhinoplasty, facelifts, tummy tucks, liposuction, breast surgeries, and lipoedema surgery. He graduated from Eskisehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2008. He completed his specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Afyon Kocatepe University. Dr. Aydin holds a competence certificate from the Turkish Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Society (2016). He also passed the European Plastic Surgery Competence Written Exam in Brussels (2019). He has published in scientific journals and presented at national congresses.
Dr. Bekir Zafer Akad is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Egemed Hospitals. He specializes in breast aesthetics, tummy tuck, liposuction, rhinoplasty, eyelid and ear aesthetics, and non-surgical procedures. He is also experienced in hand and microsurgery, limb amputations, facial fractures, and pediatric surgery.
Dr. Akad graduated from 9 Eylül University Faculty of Medicine. He has performed more than 3,000 aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries. He is known for treating extensive wounds, skin cancers, and complex congenital anomalies. Dr. Akad holds accreditation from leading national medical associations.
