Professor ZHENG Wei Hong is Director of the Department of Neurology and the discipline leader. He previously served as Director of Neurology at Xiamen University Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital. He is a Professor at Xiamen University and a master's supervisor.
His clinical focus includes etiological investigation, prevention, and treatment of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage. He also diagnoses and treats complex neurological diseases, including epilepsy, neuroimmunological and neuromuscular disorders (myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis), and Parkinson's disease.
Appointments: He serves as a committee member of the Neuroimmunology Group (Chinese Medical Association Neurology Branch), the Immunology Branch (Chinese Stroke Association), Neurorestoration (Chinese Medical Doctor Association), and Cognitive Impairment (Chinese Geriatrics Society). He is a member of the Neurology Expert Group, Fujian Provincial Medical Quality Control Center for Stroke and Epilepsy. He is Standing Director of the Fujian Anti‑Epilepsy Association. He is Deputy Group Leader of the Epilepsy and Electroencephalography Group (Fujian Medical Association Neurology Branch). He is Deputy Chairperson of the 1st Committee, Neurology Physicians Branch (Fujian Medical Doctor Association). He is a Standing Committee Member (5th–7th) of the Neurology Branch (Fujian Medical Association). He is Deputy Chairperson of the Neurology Professional Committee (Xiamen Medical Association).
Dr. Ulvi Samadzade is a neurologist with training from Azerbaijan State Medical University, Gazi University, and Dokuz Eylul University Hospital. He diagnoses and treats neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, movement disorders, stroke, migraine, and multiple sclerosis.
Dr. Samadzade uses advanced treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) therapy, migraine vaccines, and plasmapheresis. He practices at İzmir University of Economics Medical Point Hospital.
