彼女は、私たちがお邪魔したときは、いつでも気さくに話しかけてくれました。彼女はとてもフレンドリーで優しかった。私たちは彼女と一緒にいることを楽しみ、彼女は私たちを家族のように感じさせてくれました。彼女は私たちの経験全体を成功に導いてくれました。教授も全く同じでした。彼らは私の手続きを価値あるものにしてくれました。

手術が始まったときから、手術の前後に受けたケアに至るまで、すべてのプロセスがよかった。

唯一の不満は、スタッフ全員が英語を話せなかったこと。でも、なんとかなった。
