Dr. Ertuğrul Ercan is a Professor of Cardiology. He completed his training at Ege University and Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. His main areas of expertise are interventional cardiology, atherosclerosis, valve diseases, and coronary artery disease. He also focuses on inflammation and coagulation, cardiovascular immunology, and stem cell therapy.

Dr. Ercan has held key academic and administrative positions. He served as Head of Cardiology and Dean at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. He was also the Medical Director at İzmir Medical Point Hospital. He gained international experience at the Cleveland Clinic and in Melbourne, Australia.

He holds the European Cardiologist Diploma and is a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology. Dr. Ercan is also a member of several national and international cardiology associations and working groups.

Dr. Batur Gonenc Kanar is a leading cardiologist with training from top European centers. He studied at the Paris Institute of Cardiology, Hôpital Privé Jacques Cartier in France, and Royal Brampton & Harefield Hospital in the UK. He specializes in advanced electrophysiology. His expertise includes 3D-mapping-guided ablation for atrial fibrillation, catheter ablation, pacemaker implantation, ICD, and CRT therapy.

Dr. Kanar currently practices at Liv Hospital Vadi Istanbul. He brings international experience to Turkey and has performed over 1,000 electrophysiology and interventional procedures. He represents Türkiye at the European Heart Rhythm Association. He is also an active member of the European Society of Cardiology and the Turkish Cardiology Association. Professor Dr. Cenap Zeybek is a respected Pediatric Cardiologist known for his skill in advanced heart procedures. He became an Associate Professor in 2011. In 2017, he was promoted to Professor. Dr. Gokhan Ertas is a Professor of Cardiology. He has broad experience in ischemic heart disease, cardiac arrhythmias, and heart failure. He specializes in advanced interventional cardiology procedures, including coronary angiography, stent placement, and percutaneous valve interventions such as TAVI and MitraClip. Dr. Ertas is skilled in both diagnostic and therapeutic techniques. These include 3D echocardiography, CT coronary angiography, and various cardiac catheterization methods.

Dr. Ertas earned his medical degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his cardiology residency at Kocaeli University. In 2020, he became a Professor of Cardiology. He has worked as a Cardiology Specialist and Chief Assistant in top hospitals in Turkey. Dr. Ertas also completed a research fellowship at the Thorax Center, ErasmusMC in the Netherlands.

He studied at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine.

He completed his medical education in 2010. He worked as a General Practitioner in Van’s Özalp district due to the state service obligation between 2010 and 2011.

Between 2011 and 2016, Doctor Mehmet completed his specialization in Cardiology at Cumhuriyet University in Cardiology Department.

He worked as a Specialist Doctor in the Erciş District of Van due to the State Service Obligation in the years 2016-2018. Dr. Maraseli Has been working as a Specialist Doctor at Avicenna International Hospital since August 2018.

Dr. Meki Bilici is a pediatric cardiologist with over 20 years of experience. He specializes in interventional cardiology and treats complex congenital heart diseases in children. He is known for his skills in minimally invasive transcatheter procedures. Dr. Bilici is also experienced in fetal and pediatric echocardiography and advanced angiographic diagnostics. He performs interventions in both neonates and infants.

Prof. Dr. Deniz Süha Küçükaksu is a cardiovascular surgeon with over 35 years of experience. He specializes in adult and pediatric cardiac surgery, heart transplantation, and mechanical circulatory support. He leads the Heart Transplantation and Artificial Heart Center at Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.

Dr. Küçükaksu completed his medical and surgical training in Turkey. He also received advanced fellowships in Germany, France, and the United States. His focus has been on LVAD systems and heart failure surgery.

He introduced mechanical circulatory support and artificial heart programs in Turkey. He has performed many types of surgeries, including coronary bypass (off-pump), valve replacements, aortic repair (EVAR/TEVAR), and reoperations.
