Dr. Alireza Soltanzadeh, born in Iran in 1969, is an esteemed anesthesiology and reanimation specialist with over 25 years of experience in critical care, cardiac anesthesia, and algology. After graduating from Urmia University of Medical Sciences in 1995, he quickly specialized in anesthesiology and critical care, beginning his practice abroad in 1998. Dr. Soltanzadeh has held pivotal roles throughout his career, including a five-year tenure as Chief Physician at a state hospital in Iran. He has enriched his medical education by completing specialized courses in Germany and continues to be an active member of numerous international anesthesiology and medical societies. Since 2018, he has practiced in Istanbul, contributing his expertise to the private sector and currently serves in the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation at Istanbul Okan University Hospital.

Dr. Özlem Çolak is a Professor of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. She earned her medical degree from Kocaeli University. She completed her specialization at Ankara Training and Research Hospital. Dr. Çolak has held academic roles at the University of Health Sciences and Demiroğlu Bilim University. She became an Associate Professor in 2019 and a full Professor in 2024.

Dr. Çolak has published many national and international articles. She has also been an invited speaker at professional meetings and congresses. She gained additional clinical experience in Germany. Dr. Çolak has made important contributions to both academic and surgical practice in her field.

Dr. Cengiz Sen is an Orthopedics and Traumatology specialist. He has expertise in revision arthroplasty, degenerative joint disease, congenital limb deformities, and pediatric orthopedic disorders. Dr. Sen is skilled in limb lengthening, pseudoarthrosis surgery, and managing periprosthetic infections. He is also a pioneer in using stem cell therapy for orthopedic conditions.
