キヴァンチ・デリヤ・ペケル教授は、イスタンブール大学イスタンブール医学部（チャパ）で医学教育と一般外科専門医の教育を修了しました。主要なスペシャリゼーションの後、カルトル・コシュユオルゥ・ユクセック・イフティーサス教育・研究病院の消化器外科クリニックで消化器外科専門医資格を取得しました。
