Dr. Osman Ilhan is a Professor of Internal Diseases. He earned his medical degree at Ankara University in 1978. He completed his specialization in Internal Diseases there in 1982. He became an Associate Professor in 1990 and a Professor in 1996.

He served as a professor at Ankara University from 1997 to 2022. He has worked at Lokman Hekim Akay Hospital since 2023. Earlier, he held roles at MD Anderson Cancer Center (1996–1997), Ankara University (1978–1983; 1988–1995), GATA (1984–1985), and Ulus Hospital (1985–1988).

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özlem Köroğlu is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Memorial Ankara Hospital (2024–present). She previously served as a faculty member at Gaziler Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Training and Research Hospital (2016–2024). She was Chief of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic at Elazığ Military Hospital (2011–2015). She earned her MD in 2003 from the GATA Faculty of Medicine. She completed her PM&R residency in 2011.

Her credentials include Ministry of Health–approved certified prolotherapy training. She has taught Prolotherapy and PRP (2022) and Knee Prolotherapy and Campinject (2019). She also taught GETAT and Dextrose Prolotherapy (2018) and ISPRM Ultrasound (2009). She has additional training in musculoskeletal ultrasound, neural therapy, lumbar injections and manipulation, and botulinum toxin treatment for the spastic hand. Professor Shixin Liu, MD, PhD, is the Discipline Leader of the Oncology Center. He is the former President of Jilin Provincial Cancer Hospital and former Director of the Cancer Prevention and Treatment Research Institute. He is a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor. He has received the State Council Special Government Allowance, the 4th National Famous Doctor (Outstanding Contribution) award, and the Model of Medical Ethics honor.

He specializes in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. His focus is precision radiotherapy for thoracic and abdominal cancers. He is skilled in IMRT, VMAT, and SBRT for lung, esophageal, breast, and rectal cancers.

His leadership roles include Vice Chair of CMA Radiation Oncology, CACA Radiotherapy, and CACA Particle Therapy. He serves on the CSCO Standing Committee and as Vice Chair of the CSCO Radiation Oncology Expert Committee. He is Vice Chair of CPAM Radiation Oncology and a Standing Committee member of CSMEA. He chairs the Jilin Medical Association Radiation Oncology branch. He is on the editorial boards of the Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology and the Practical Journal of Cancer.

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Heinz Gisslinger is a leading hematologist and internal oncologist at the Medical University of Vienna and the Confraternität Private Clinic Josefstadt. He helped found the Laboratory for Myeloproliferative Neoplasms. He is Program Director for Myeloproliferative Neoplasms and leads clinical and translational research.

He pioneered interferon therapy for myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs). He first used it clinically in the 1980s and has advanced it for more than four decades.
