Dr. Josef Grohs is an experienced orthopedist who specializes in spine surgery. He has over 30 years of clinical practice. He received his medical degree from the University of Vienna in 1986. Dr. Suleyman Semih Dedeoglu is an experienced orthopedic surgeon. He specializes in sports injuries, trauma surgery, and joint reconstruction. He is known internationally for his skill in both arthroscopic and open treatments of the knee, shoulder, elbow, hip, and ankle.

Dr. Dedeoglu developed the ‘Dedeoğlu Technique’, an innovative method for complex shoulder fracture repair. This technique was published in JSES in 2023. He has presented his work at major international congresses, including EFORT and ICSES 2023 in Rome.

Dr. Dedeoglu has published over 100 scientific articles on joint prosthesis, fracture repair, minimally invasive trauma care, and biomechanics. Later, he worked as the Head of the Orthopedic and Traumatology Surgery Department at American Hospital. In 1999, he studied microsurgery at Cleveland Medical Center.
He worked as a specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology Microsurgery in many private hospitals in Istanbul. Between 2006-2007, he worked as a Hand and Microsurgery Specialist at Columbia University School of Medicine. In 2008, he became an associate professor of orthopedics at Yeditepe University Faculty of Medicine. Between 2009 and 2015, he worked as Chief of Orthopedics at Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Hospital and he trained many Assistant Specialists. He became Professor in 2016.
