Dr. Wei Wei, MD, is the Director of the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery.

He specializes in ultra‑minimally invasive surgery. His procedures include single‑port laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallbladder stones and polyps, minimally invasive treatment of liver cancer, and laparoscopic hepatectomy for benign liver tumors. He also performs conversion therapy for advanced liver cancer. He treats hepatolithiasis, biliary tract tumors, pancreatic cancer, and splenic tumors.

Professional memberships include the Metastasis Group of the Colorectal Cancer Committee, Fujian Anti‑Cancer Association. He also belongs to the Trauma Branch, Fujian Association of Integrative Medicine, and the Surgery Branch, Xiamen Medical Association.

Prof. Dr. Alaettin Çelik graduated from Adapazarı İlyaslar Primary School in 1960, from Haydarpaşa High School in 1966, and from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1972. In the same year, he became an assistant in the 2nd Surgery Department of the Faculty of Medicine. Between November 1975 and February 1976, he completed his military service for 4 months at the Gelibolu Military Hospital as a Reserve Officer. In 1977, he became a General Surgery Specialist in the Department of Surgery.

To establish the pediatric surgery department at the faculty and to specialize further, he worked as a registrar at the University of London's "The Hospital for Sick Children" from 01.12.1978 to 01.12.1980. After returning to the faculty, he continued his pediatric surgery studies and became an associate professor in 1982.

In the same year, he was appointed as the founding chairman of the Pediatric Surgery Department at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine on 06.09.1982. He established the department, which included a 30-bed inpatient unit, an ICU, a polyclinic, and an operating room for students, assistants, and specialists. In 1988, he became a professor. In addition to leading the Pediatric Surgery Department, he served as the Vice President of the Department of Surgical Medical Sciences between 1990 and 1995. From 1995 to 1998, he was the Head of the Department of Surgical Medical Sciences at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine.

He is a specialist in General Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, and Pediatric Urology. He has numerous cited and published clinical and experimental research articles, case reports, expert theses, and free papers presented at domestic and international congresses. He is the author of several books, including Pediatric Surgery Book of Pediatric Surgery (2014), Newborn Surgery (2008), and Pediatric Surgery Book (2013).

He is a member of various professional medical associations, including the Turkish Ministry of Health Pediatric Surgery Society. He established, developed, and trained a large number of students, assistants, specialists, and faculty members at the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pediatric Surgery. He left the Department of Pediatric Surgery in 2013 and retired due to age limits on 16.03.2016. His contracted working period at the same faculty ended on 22.10.2016. He continues to work as a Pediatric Surgery Specialist at Istanbul Florence Nightingale Hospital and participates in weekly meetings of the Council of Children's Tumors.

Dr. Siripong Lakkhanawong, MD, is a specialist in Family Medicine, General Surgery, and Plastic Surgery. He has more than 25 years of medical experience.

Dr. Nail Ersoz is a highly accomplished surgeon with credentials from Erciyes and Fırat Universities, as well as experience from Sevgi and Dünyam Hospitals. He has achieved 1st place in the Turkish Surgery Association Board Exam and has published numerous national scientific publications. His areas of expertise include General Surgery, Gluteal Abscess, Breast Cancer, Polyps, Reflux, and Colon Cancer, among many others.

Dr. Abu Shamsiya Rami Nuamanovych is a specialist in general and laparoscopic surgery, oncology, and ultrasound diagnostics. He is a Candidate of Medical Sciences, an associate professor, and a doctor of the highest category. Dr. Nuamanovych is a member of the Ukrainian Association of Bariatric Surgeons and the World Organization of Bariatric Surgeons (IFSO).

He works as a WHO consultant on laparoscopic surgery. He is also President of the Association of Arab Doctors of Ukraine. Dr. Nuamanovych has performed thousands of surgeries, including hernia repairs, bariatric procedures, and cancer operations. His skills are recognized internationally. He speaks English and Arabic fluently.
