He earned his Medical Doctor degree from Masaryk University. He holds board certifications in Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine (1996) and General Surgery (1989).

Dr. Pazdirek has served as Medical Director and Chief Physiotherapist in leading institutions across Europe and the Middle East. He has played a key role in advancing traumatic brain injury (TBI) rehabilitation. He is the author of several important publications, including a 100-page manual on TBI rehabilitation.
