     1990年代 – ウィーン医科大学およびウィーン総合病院で腫瘍内科クリニカルディビジョンの責任者に任命され、オーストリアで最大の腫瘍学部門を率いました。

     2000年代 – ウィーン包括がんセンター（CCC）を設立し運営し、患者ケア、研究、教育を統合した多分野の機関です。

     2010年代 – 中欧協力腫瘍学グループ（CECOG）の会長を務め、国際臨床試験の調整を行い、ヨーロッパのがんセンター間の協力を促進しました。

     現在 – ウィーンがんセンターの議長およびウィーナー・プライヴァートクリニック国際オンコロジーセンターの医療部長として、個別化医療と免疫腫瘍学の取り組みを主導しています。

ツィーリンスキー教授は、世界の主要ながん学会で広く出版され、個別化がん治療の開発に貢献し、各患者の腫瘍生物学に合わせた治療を行っています。彼は多くの国際会議で非常に求められる講演者であり、科学的および人道的寄与に対して数多くの賞を受賞しています。

フォックス・ヴィオラ博士は、BKZゾーリンゲン血液腫瘍科・緩和医療科の主任医師です。同クリニックは、認定された集学的腫瘍センターです。フォックス博士は、ドイツおよびヨーロッパにおける腫瘍性疾患の薬物療法の第一人者であり、15年以上の臨床経験を有しています。

同博士は、ドイツ腫瘍学・血液腫瘍学会（GDHO）、ドイツ医師会、およびアメリカがん研究学会に所属しています。また、分子生物学の研究にも従事しており、その研究成果はがん治療および分子診断の発展に貢献しています。

 2010年には、診断および介入放射線学クリニックの主要医師に任命され、2016年から2022年までクール教授が指導するクリニックの主要医師を務めました。

2022年以降、ケイル教授はソリンゲン学術病院の診断及び介入放射線クリニックの主任医師を務めています。
