Dr. Rocco Cerra is a specialist in plastic, reconstructive, and oncological surgery. He has over 35 years of experience. From 1993 to 2019, he worked as Dirigente Primo Livello at the Istituto Nazionale Tumori “Fondazione G. Pascale” in Naples. During this time, he performed more than 15,000 surgeries in public healthcare and over 2,700 in international and private settings. His main areas of expertise are breast reconstruction after mastectomy, microvascular surgery, and tissue regeneration.

Dr. Cerra is now the Scientific Director of SGBG Suisse General Biomedical Group SA. He oversees centers in Switzerland, Italy, and Dubai, and leads research in regenerative medicine. Dr. Cerra has written over 60 scientific publications and has presented at 84 national and international congresses. He graduated with honors in Medicine and General Surgery from the University of Naples.

Dr. Seung‑Hyung Noh is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He has extensive experience in revision surgery for major aesthetic procedures. He is known for managing complex revision cases that call for sound judgment and precise technique.
