Dr. Gunes Yavuzer has been a Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation since February 2011. He became an Associate Professor in April 2003. He earned the European Board Certificate in 2004. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his specialty training in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation there. He later earned his doctorate at Erasmus University.
His clinical and academic roles have included Ankara University Faculty of Medicine Hospitals and the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan, Wayne State University (USA). He has also worked with Haliç University Faculty of Health Sciences, Formed Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Clinic in Istanbul, and Romatem Move.
Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian Cityにて40 年間、TBIリハビリテーションを主導。現在はベロウン病院のリハビリテーション部門を統括。
