Prof. Dr. Erdem Akbal is a Gastroenterology Specialist at Memorial Şişli and Memorial Bahçelievler Hospitals in Istanbul. He previously served at Liv Hospital Ulus, Medicana Ataşehir, Florence Nightingale Hospitals, and Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. He became an Associate Professor in 2014 and a Professor in 2019.

He received advanced training in interventional endoscopy. He completed ESD at Jichi Medical University in Japan. He trained in POEM/ESD and gastrointestinal motility at Amsterdam Medical Center. He trained in EUS at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the USA. He continues to attend ESG, ERCP, EUS, ESD, and POEM courses and congresses.

He has authored more than 100 international indexed publications. His presentations have won awards. He is a member of the Turkish Society of Gastroenterology, the Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Society, the Hepatobiliary and Pancreatology Society, the Liver Diseases Association, the IBD Association, and the Turkish Liver Research Association.

Dr. Zulfikar Polat is a gastroenterology and internal medicine specialist. He trained at Ankara Gülhane Military Medical Academy, where he completed his specialty and became an Associate Professor. He is a Professor at İstanbul Aydın University. His postgraduate experience includes Ankara Gülhane Military Medical Academy and İstanbul Aydın University. He also worked at Anadolu Medical Center, affiliated with Johns Hopkins Medicine (USA).

Clinical focus includes gastroenterology, hepato-pancreatology, inflammatory intestinal diseases, and diagnostic and interventional endoscopic procedures. Prof. Dr. Kamil Yalçın Polat is a leading transplantology expert and Head of the Organ Transplantation Center at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital in Istanbul. With over 30 years of surgical experience, he founded the Organ Transplantation Center at Atatürk University (2003-2010) and completed fellowships at Mount Sinai Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. Dr. Polat has authored more than 50 scientific publications and serves as Vice President of the Turkish Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery Society.

Dr. Keerapat Phiromkraiphakdi is an expert plastic surgeon and consultant at the Center for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He specializes in plastic surgery. His core expertise is cosmetic surgery.

He earned degrees in general surgery and plastic surgery from Vajira Hospital and Ramathibodi Hospital. He also completed advanced plastic surgery training in the United States at UTHSC, PACES Plastic Surgery, and UMC.

He is a medical professor at Srinakharinwirot University and the Panyananda Bhikkhu Medical Center, Irrigation Department. He is a member of the Thai Society of Plastic Surgeons.

From 2004 to 2011 he worked in the Gastroenterology Department of the Barcelona Hospital Clinic / IDIBAPS, and since 2011 he has worked as a specialist doctor in the Digestive System Department of the Teknon Medical Center in Barcelona.

He was a member of the Scientific Committee of ECCO and coordinator of the European project "IBDChip". He is the author of more than 150 publications and 500 presentations at conferences and conferences.

Member of the Catalan Society of Gastroenterology, the Spanish Association of Gastroenterology, the Spanish Working Group on Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis and the American Gastroenterological Association.

Areas of special interest: storage rhythm disorders, chronic diarrhea, inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis) and other causes of chronic intestinal inflammation.

Dr. Ayhan Levent is an internal medicine specialist and assistant professor at NP Istanbul Brain Hospital. He has worked there since 2020.
