Dr. Özlem Çolak is a Professor of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. She earned her medical degree from Kocaeli University. She completed her specialization at Ankara Training and Research Hospital. Dr. Çolak has held academic roles at the University of Health Sciences and Demiroğlu Bilim University. She became an Associate Professor in 2019 and a full Professor in 2024.

Education and Professional Career

Dr. Rani Umul Khair is a board-certified plastic & reconstructive surgeon with 13 years of experience in the field. She received post-graduate training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, India, which has one of the oldest plastic surgery departments in the country. Following which she pursued fellowship in cleft lip and palate at G S Memorial Hospital, Varanasi under the Smile Train Programme. This centre operates among the largest number of cases of cleft lip and palate cases in the world. She then pursued her Fellowship in Microvascular Surgery, at Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai, India. She has done further training in Cosmetic Surgery under the guidance of Dr. Ivo Pitanguy at Ivo Pitanguy Clinic, Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. Dr. Rani has learnt the finesse and art of aesthetic surgery from the masters in this field around the world and has incorporated the same in her practice. She has been working in UAE since 2016 initially in public sector before moving to private sector since 2019. Dr. İkram Esen is a plastic surgeon with more than nine years of experience in aesthetic, reconstructive, and microsurgery. He graduated from the Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine. He began his plastic surgery career at Dicle University. He has since practiced at Göztepe Hospital and Natural Clinic.

He has performed thousands of procedures. His main areas include facial aesthetics, breast surgery, body contouring, post-bariatric surgery, genital aesthetics, hair transplantation, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

Dr. Domenico Riitano, specialist in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1989 and specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology in 1994 at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. In 2007 he completed his training with a further specialization in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery at the University of Messina.

He perfected his technique in Brazil at various specialized hospitals and clinics, including the Fluminense Clinic of Plastic Surgery “Niteroi” in Rio De Janeiro.

Dr. Lee Jong Seok graduated from Korea University School of Medicine. He also earned a master’s degree from Korea University Graduate School. He completed his clinical training at UChicago Medicine. Dr. Lee worked in the Plastic Surgery Departments at Korea University Guro Hospital and Yeoncheon Public Health Center.

He is a member of the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the Korean Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association, and the Korean Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Lee is a full member of the Eye Surgery and Rhinoplasty Research Societies within the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He has also worked as a surgeon at Pleasure Plastic Surgery and AB Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Ngoc Anh Lam (License 000799/BYT-CCHN) is a plastic surgeon with over 10 years of experience.

Dr. Lam holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD). Dr. Lam earned a Master of Plastic Surgery from Vietnam Military Medical University. Dr. Lam also completed a Diploma in Medicine and Science in Morpho-Esthetic and Anti-Ageing at the Clinique of Dr Morel.

Dr. Kang Moon Seok is a respected plastic surgeon. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the School of Medicine at SoonChunHyang University. He is an adjunct professor at SoonChunHyang University Hospital. He was named the top medical resident by the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (KSPRS).

Dr. Kang is an active member of several KSPRS research groups. He takes part in committees focused on anti-aging plastic surgery, rhinoplasty, fillers, and threads. He also serves on committees in the Korean Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Dr. Mehmet Fatih Peker is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Erdem Hospital in Istanbul. He is a member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). Dr. Peker previously served as the Health Unit Commander for the 6th Infantry Division. He works at a multi-specialty medical center that treats 200,000 patients annually.
